Import invoices as they arrive
Supplier PDFs, invoice photos, receipts and spreadsheets go into one inbox — the first batch or this week's delivery.
Ongoing, not one-timeA CLEARER START FOR CONTRACTORS
Vendor invoices keep arriving. StockStart reads each one, compares it against your current ServiceTitan pricebook, matches what already exists, flags what's new or doesn't add up, and hands you clean updates to put back in. Every week, every month — as long as the invoices keep coming.

YOUR PRICEBOOK, KEPT CURRENT
Export your ServiceTitan pricebook once. From then on, every new invoice is read against it: existing items are matched, new items are proposed, duplicates and mismatches are caught, and anything uncertain waits for your decision.
Supplier PDFs, invoice photos, receipts and spreadsheets go into one inbox — the first batch or this week's delivery.
Ongoing, not one-timeEach line is compared to your current pricebook: existing items link up, new items are proposed, duplicates and mismatched descriptions are caught before they multiply.
Fewer duplicate itemsApprove the changes and export exactly what ServiceTitan expects — new items and updates, patched into your own exported workbook. Uncertain lines never leave the review queue.
Review with contextTHE WORKFLOW
Your ServiceTitan export is the baseline. StockStart uses it to know what already exists before it reads a single new invoice.
Your judgment stays in the loop.
Uncertain evidence stays in review until it is resolved.
Upload your current ServiceTitan pricebook export. That file is the source of truth; StockStart never invents items that aren't grounded in it or in your invoices.
Drop in the new supplier invoices. Lines are matched to existing items, new items are proposed, quantities, units and duplicates are reconciled — with every row traced to its source.
Decide the flagged ones, then export a clean update for ServiceTitan. Next batch, do it again — the pricebook you upload next time already includes what you approved.
GOOD QUESTIONS
No. The first pass builds a clean baseline from your existing pricebook and invoices; after that you keep using it for every new invoice — weekly or monthly, whatever your purchasing rhythm is. That's why it's a subscription rather than a one-off.
Through your own export and import files — no API connection, nothing writes to your tenant automatically. You export your pricebook, StockStart patches the approved changes into that same workbook, and you import it back. StockStart is independent software and is not a certified or approved ServiceTitan integration.
No. Image quality and document layout can affect extraction. StockStart preserves the source evidence and surfaces uncertain values for review. We do not claim 100% OCR accuracy.
Not necessarily. Purchases, receipts, credits and stock snapshots have different meanings. StockStart helps review those relationships; a purchase history alone cannot establish current on-hand inventory.
Profitpin LLC is the company behind StockStart, SaleLedger, LeafLedger and SubLimit. StockStart keeps a contractor's pricebook clean as new supplier invoices arrive.
